Business Analyst / ERPNext Functional Consultant

The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, and client communication. They should be confident in understanding business requirements, configuring ERP solutions, and coordinating with technical teams. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to manage multiple client interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end ERPNext implementations
  
• Gather requirements and map business processes
  
• Configure ERP modules including Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and HR
  
• Coordinate with the technical team and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  
• Prepare SOPs, training materials, and provide user support
  
• Interact with clients to understand their business requirements
  
• Maintain project documentation and implementation progress
  
• Support clients during deployment and post-implementation phases
  
• Manage multiple tasks and client communications efficiently
  
• Maintain knowledge of ERP solutions and business workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Commerce, or related field
  
• 1–2 years of experience in ERP implementation or business analysis
  
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext and/or Odoo
  
• Knowledge of multi-company setup is preferred
  
• Strong communication and analytical skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions
  
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  
• Candidates with Odoo experience willing to transition into ERPNext are welcome
