Responsibilities


  • Prospect and identify potential clients and leads
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients
  • Schedule meetings and demo calls for the sales team
  • Maintain lead data and update CRM/spreadsheets regularly
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them internally
  • Support the sales team in daily presales activities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients
  • Assist in lead generation and business development activities
  • Communicate effectively with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s services and offerings



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in speaking with clients over calls
  • Basic understanding of sales/presales is an added advantage
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
